Our services also include assistance in the procedures of share capital changes, transfers and company liquidations.
We also support our clients in the drafting of statutory documents (memorandum & articles of association, shareholders’ agreements etc.) and in client/supplier contracts.
We provide companies with full administrative support, from A to Z.
We assist our clients in the search for qualified personnel, preparing, if necessary, the application procedures for work permits, we manage personnel and payroll, in particular dealing with the various declarations with the authorities, we verify and assist, in the case of foreign educational qualifications, in the equivalency procedures, we prepare annual financial statements, together with tax returns.
We also attend to VAT registration application procedures, both national and international, and take care of the compilation of quarterly VAT reports. In addition, we offer assistance to clients who need to have a tax representation in Italy or in other European countries.
